Medical Insurance
We are recognized by most major insurance companies and can usually claim direct. Patients may need to be referred by a doctor to claim their insurance. We ask our patients to contact their insurance company before starting treatment and to bring their policy number and authorization/case number along to the initial assessment.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel an appointment so that we can offer it to someone else.
