Md Abdur Rashid MCSP

Md Abdur Rashid has more than 13 years of clinical physiotherapy experience. He works across musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation, using detailed clinical assessments to develop treatment plans around each patient’s condition and goals.

His work covers pain management, injury prevention, post-surgical rehabilitation, and recovery from acute or long-term physical conditions.

His treatment approach may include manual therapy, joint mobilisation, soft-tissue techniques, exercise therapy, and evidence-based rehabilitation.

Rashid has completed further professional training in the differential diagnosis and management of neck and arm pain through Oryon Develop, London. He has also studied the prevention, management, treatment, and rehabilitation of lower-back pain through University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust.

He is registered with the HCPC and is an active member of the CSP.
