Petko Mitsarkin MCSP

Petko is Crestwell Medical’s Clinical Lead Physiotherapist, with more than 13 years of experience in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. He oversees clinical standards across the practice while providing personal treatment and rehabilitation for a wide range of patients.

He also works with professional football teams in England, providing sports physiotherapy, injury-prevention support, and rehabilitation in elite sporting environments.

Petko holds two Master’s degrees: one in Sports Injury Management and another in Strength and Conditioning. This background allows him to combine clinical physiotherapy with progressive, performance-focused rehabilitation.

As an HCPC-registered physiotherapist and CSP member, Petko works with athletes and non-athletes alike. His aim is to help each person recover, move with greater confidence, and return stronger.
